Train While At School

Brazilian jiu jitsu for boys & girls ages 3 and older!

Children need consistency to feel comfortable and learn quickly. Coach Thomas is an owner of Allied Jiu Jitsu and is the only coach who will be teaching classes at your school. This will help build a bond so that your child will thrive.

Your child will learn the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and self-defense!

Classes are held once per week at your child's school (see the list below to determine if we already provide classes at your school). Each 30 minute class begins with a fundamental warmup followed by Jiu Jitsu techniques. The class finishes with a fun game that drives home the technique taught that day.

Fundamentals include

  • Submissions
